As your coach, I serve as your thinking partner. I ask thoughtful questions, offer observations (with your permission), and help you uncover insights that create forward momentum. My work is informed by neuroscience, executive function research, and lived ADHD experience, but you always set the direction.

If you're looking for someone to hand you a rigid step-by-step plan, coaching may not be the right fit. But if you're open to meaningful growth, experimentation, and honest reflection, coaching can be incredibly powerful.

I specialize in coaching individuals who identify as ADHD, AuDHD, or neurodivergent, including creatives, educators, and adults diagnosed later in life.

One-on-One Sessions (55 minutes): strategy, skill-building, and forward movement with between-session support.
